Statement of Special Educational Needs

The admissions process for children with a statement of special educational needs is managed by a dedicated team at EA to find the most suitable placement for your child.
âž¡ï¸ Parents of children with statements of special educational needs awaiting the outcome of a Pre-school or P1 application will be updated on the progress of their application by their SEN link officer or school as soon as possible. Outcomes will not be available via the Citizen Portal.
âž¡ï¸ Where places have not been confirmed by 10 June, SEN Link Officers will communicate with parents to update them on their individual consultation process.
